Now that you have joined our healthy lifestyle, you can find that keeping those healthy exercise resolutions more challenging than what you thought initially. Due to work-school, work-busy daily activities, caring for the children and cooking for the family, you can leave the exhaustion at the end of the day and feel uneasy to squeeze in a workout. But do not worry, because there is no hope for your health and fitness goals. The key to making exercise daily habit is receivable!

By following a few simple guidelines, you can make an exercise easier in your daily or weekly routine.

Set realistic goals. If this is your first chance to exercise regularly, then start slow and easy. Instead of five days in a week, start with two. If you try five days a week and find that you can not make it every day, then your confidence and determination will start becoming meaningless, and you will eventually leave the routine. Instead, do something that you can actually accomplish. The same rule applies to your fitness and weight loss goals. Set small goals and gradually work your way up to big goals when you feel you are ready to step up.

Choose a workout time that works for you. When it comes to the exercise capacity and the level of energy then everyone is different. If you are not a morning person, or if you find that your energy is not high in the initial hours, then morning workout is not ideal.What you can do, Do it during your lunch break or in the evening. Those who hate to wake up early in the morning or do not feel the possibility of getting up in the morning, they are motivated to exercise for the first time.

Plan ahead. Pack a gym bag at night so you already have it that you are ready to go next day. In this way, you can not say, "Oh, I can not work today because I forgot my shoes." Being prepared and ready is an important step to feel motivated and there is no excuse for going.

Choose an activity that you enjoy. You need to do something that is necessary to stay motivated. Those who dislike their workouts or feel that they are not getting the results they wanted, even if they do not want to give any results, they want to leave early.

Studies have shown that three weeks' time is in setting up a long-term routine. So do not ignore your new workouts right now. Just keep it for a few weeks and do your best to make exercise part of your daily lifestyle.
